Return policy:

DIGITAL PRODUCTS: Eligible for refund.

PHYSICAL PRODUCT: Please return products in brand new and resaleable conditon for full refund (less shipping/handling).
Include all transaction information and letter stating reason for return.

Digital products eligible with return upon receipt of email letter stating reason and full transaction details.

Refunds given up to 6 months from date of purchase only. Please allow up to two weeks to process refund requests.

All returns subject to 20% restocking fee (10% digital). Returns not received in new and resalable condition may not be eligible for full refund.
